SNC-Lavalin has engaged HKRP to provide engineering services and advisory on the application of DOORS in support of the Cross River Rail Project.
HKRP examined and assisted with the implementation of DOORS to the Cross River Rail Project from the Queensland Rail perspective. This will assist Queensland Rail accept the assets being handed over and manage the operations and maintenance of the asset.
The HKRP team are currently performing the duties of the RIAM (Railway Integrity Assurance Manager) for the following Queensland Rail projects:
- Mayne Yard Complex (From the start of the familiarisation on 10.10.22 and ongoing)
- Exhibition Park
- Dutton Park
- Clapham Yards.
The role has involved preparing a Railway Integrity Assurance Plan (RIAP) for each stage and then delivering a Railway Integrity Assurance Report (RIAR) for each gate identified in the RIAP.
To date HKRP has prepared and reviewed RIAPs for Mayne Complex, Exhibition Park and Dutton Park and will continue to work with Queensland Rail until completion of the project.
